After rave reviews, and importantly – leadership growth, increased confidence and courage for many women who completed the inaugural Women Leading in Local Government 2021 program,  we are excited to offer this program more broadly.


Based on the highly successful 2021 Women Leading in Local Government program, this program is purpose-designed for women from a diverse range of industries, and intentionally created to provide an inclusive, safe environment to nurture and support the advancement of women in their leadership roles.


We are passionate about enabling more women to not only sit at decision-making tables, but to be heard and courageously lead the way forward.  We know from years of experience and research data that increased diversity in leadership results in better outcomes - fairer, financially sound, future focused, flourishing companies and communities.

    This six month Influential HER program comprises of self-paced online and offline study components, with access to continual support by our team of experienced program coordinators, facilitators, and leadership coaches from Vital Leaders.
